中学生牙齿矫正，医生信上没写用什么牙套

各位家长帮忙看一下。
1、信上没看到用什么牙套。我听说铁的瓷的价格不一样？还有铁丝的和彩色橡皮筋的？
2、信上说1 fixed and 1 removable appliance，什么意思？我看别的孩子牙套基本都是铁丝连着金属小正方形在每个牙齿上，那应该就是上下都是可以移动的，为什么我家是fixed？

Braces temporarily attached to all the teeth to straighten and align them. They consist of brackets and wires that work together to gradually move the teeth into the desired position.

- Fitting of appliance, tooth adjustments and supervision of the appliance for the

牙医应该仔细给你解释清楚 每个人的实际情况不同

不同的材质牙套价格不同，牙医应该跟你探讨后才决定用哪一种。

没特别说明一般就是普通的牙套，透明那种都要另加钱的，橡皮筋无所谓，你每次可以要求换颜色的。一般都事先说好的。fixed那个是保持器用的，应该是固定前面四个牙齿的。

您这位牙医描述的，是使用钢丝的牙套，我猜是这位牙医习惯使用钢丝的牙套，并没有给顾客其他选择。我孩子的牙医就是使用钢丝的，我们也没有被告知还有瓷的选择。

我记得前面的牙齿使用的是钢丝的，下排后面的大牙会有皮筋，并不是全部钢丝，也不是全部是皮筋。楼主不要慌张，是不是两年之内使用的是固定牙套？两年后，需要自己坚持晚上戴，白天摘得是可移动的牙套？我孩子现在就是整牙两年之后，不戴固定牙套了，移动牙套就是前5个月，需要在运动，吃饭时摘，其他时间都要戴。5个月后终生都要在晚上戴的牙套了。移动牙套有透明的和钢丝的可选择，我孩子选择上牙戴透明的，下牙用钢丝的。这样笑起来不明显。不过牙医也告知：透明的比钢丝的要脆弱，容易坏，需要小心佩戴。

这个是不是指戴牙套，也就是我们平时所说的矫正期间。但是也没有说1年还是2年啊：

我刚想起来，我问矫正医生装牙套前我是不是要预约普通牙医洗牙，他说不用，他装之前要给我洗牙的。

大家是这样吗？我怕矫正医生洗牙洗不干净……

医生信里没说，但我估计是Metal braces金属牙套？我要去问一下，加多少钱Ceramic braces瓷牙套。孩子说想瓷的，看不出来那种。
肯定不会是最后的隐行牙套，因为隐形牙套没有brackets and wires。
倒数那2种估计也不是，应该是会贵很多比金属牙套？
