National Pre Sales Manager BPS ProfessionalServices, FXGS Melbourne VIC (ClosingDate: 14 April 2011)
We arecurrently seeking applications for the position of National Pre Sales Manager BusinessProcess Services within the Professional Services team in our Global ServicesDivision. This position will be based in St Kilda Rd, Melbourne.
The purpose of this position is to develop andimplement the FXGS BPS pre-sales strategy which achieves customer acquisitiontargets and excellence in customer aligned solution design across the BusinessProcess Services offerings and manage a national team of Consultants andBusiness Analysts.
This role includes participation in the VictoriaState leadership Team, FXGS Senior Leadership Team and One PS leadership team.
You will be accountable for:

Attracting and retainingskilled consultants and analysts, knowledgeable in BPS lines of service
·
Working with GS Sales managersto achieve customer acquisition targets
·
Ensuring that adequateprocesses, and controls are implemented and management information is used tomaximise resource utilisation
·
GSpre-sales strategy is aligned with and supports the achievement of GS Sales andOperations objectives ·
Pre-Salesdesign solutions which are commercially viable and operationally profitable ·
Pre-Sales productivity and deliverables arecontinually improved by the effective application of quality, innovation andprocess improvement initiatives
·
Virtualteams are successfully leveraged to enable the efficient implementation ofpre-sales approach and resource allocation across deals is prioritised whennecessary ·
Customerbusiness challenges and strategic drivers are clearly addressed by pre-salessolutions which deliver improved customer performance ·
Teammembers demonstrate high levels of engagement and empowerment through effectiveleadership, guidance and coaching ·
Overviewand local management responsibilities for non BPS Pre-Sales ProfessionalServices staff in Melbourne office.
The successful applicant will have/be:
·
Knowledge of services solutions based on Fuji Xerox,Xerox, or similar service provider’s technology, software and operationalprocesses.
·
5 years business experience in a pre-salesconsulting or sales environment
·
Business process re-engineering, workflow analysis& managementexperience in document supply chain
·
Strong leadership capabilities to deliver successfulbusiness strategy and solutions.
·
Tertiary qualification – ideally in business or atechnical field
·
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously andproactively. A self-starter with high levels of personal initiative.
