请教申请过18周带薪假期的JM

填写申请表时遇到了几个问题，请申请过的JM帮忙看一下：
contact requirements部分：
1、Excluding your partner,do you authorise another person/organisation to enquire on your behalf?Yes/no
2、Do you authorise a nominee to receive your payment or act on your behalf?
you can choose more than one
A:payment nominee(to receive payments on your behalf)
B:correspondence nominee(to receive your correspondence and act on your behalf)
每周的钱不是通过公司打到我的帐户上的吗？怎么又提到代理人了呢？实在没看懂这两个问题。
children部分：
do you have any dependent children or are you expecting a child to enter your care?Yes/NO
宝宝还没有出生，这个问题要怎么回答呢？我选No，提示我如果申请带薪假期必须回答这个问题。

1 你是否授权除你老公之外的其他人或组织替你咨询或询问？ 你如果授权就是 yes ，不是就是NO
2 你是否授权一个人帮你收钱或者通信，与centrelink进行沟通？ 如果你想你老公帮你做这些事，你就选yes。如果你想通过公司转到你帐户上，表示你没有授权其他人
3 你怀着宝宝，当然是expecting a child to enter your care,不然你有什么理由申请paid parental leave

如果expecting a child to enter your care选择YES的话，下一题会要求回答宝宝的姓名、出生日期和性别，宝宝还没出生，这个根本就没办法填呀！

应该有提示的，比如预产期。

正解，会问你的预产期，宝宝姓名性别都不会问得了。
