维省首次购房奖励汇总
最多可以获得4项奖励和优惠。
1. First Home Owner Grant首次购房奖励
澳洲鼓励购房置业。对于2010年1月前购买的房产金额不做限制，每户都可以得到国家给予AUS7000元。2010年1月后购买的房产，总价值不超过AUS75万，也可以享受此奖励。
2. First Home Bonus首次购新房额外奖励
维省对于2010年7月1日至2012年6月30日之间购买新房（新建成的，非二手）总价不超过AUS60万，除了享受国家给予的AUS7000元，还可以申请维省的额外奖励AUS1.3万。总计AUS 2.0万。
3. First Home Owner Regional Bonus边远地区首次购房奖励
维省对于2010年7月1日至2012年6月30日之间若购买新房（新建成的，非二手）总价不超过AUS60万，并且在维省边远地区的住户，除了上述奖励外，还能获得AUS6500元的嘉奖。总计AUS 2.65万，你为边远地区GDP做成了贡献！

4. Reduction Of Duty For Eligible First Home Buyers 首次购房减税优惠
付款日期在2011年7月1日以后，总价不超过AUS60万的房子，必须收到首次购房奖励（AUS7000）而且在买房后12月内连续居住了1年以上。减税额度为4年内累计50%，首年减20%，后3年每年减10%。目前维省收税最高为6%。
