to inform you guys to be awared:

1. This job will be available about end of Dec or Jan, so don't  let it effect your other chance;

2. The company, evironment,and role is quite good from my rigorous point of view,
    and there is really some contribution from myself, but the fact is that only some qualified
    people will have chance, I don't want to cheat.
