在ebay上看到一个电器grill, 结果贪图快捷直接去warehouse付现金买了。
结果第一次用就发现一边坏了不能用,发邮件过去问他们能否派人来修,因为拆下来再装还要几十元,他们回邮件说可以退钱。
今天过去退,他们说用过就不能退钱,只能修。说我发邮件时没说用过。
他们的policy如下

60 Day Money Back Guarantee Conditions ?
The purchased item must be returned brand new, in original packaging. The item must not be used. It is the buyers responsibility for the postage costs of returning the item. All postage costs that occurred with sending the item are non refundable.
If the item has been used or cannot be returned in the original packaging unfortunately our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee is void.
Warranty Policy

If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of sending the replacement to you, sending the damaged or “dead on arrival” item back to us is at the buyers responsibility. Please note the damaged or DOA item must be returned before the replacement can be sent. All items damaged or DOA must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
After the 14 days if you have any problems regarding your item all postage costs are at the buyers responsibility. The buyer must cover all postage costs involved.
