请教问题：父母移民143 存入担保金14000后还有可能拒签吗？

if you are asked to deposit this amount in Commonwealth bank, it should be ok with the visa processing. there should no problem with getting visa.

完全可以拒签。

AOS只是签证条件之一。
只有收到要你交第二笔那4万多费用的通知的时候才是100%保证会给签证的。

有可能拒签 现在都是没分到co即可提前做aos 从而支付那14000，但是否符合资格要等到分到co以后才能知道 呵呵

yes you are right. however when immi office asked to pay 14000 for AOS, that means the immigration conditions have been met. unless the applicant do not have enough fund to pay for issuing visa, obtaining visa wont be problem. the fund issue is wholly controlled by applicant. if applicant do not have sufficient fund, they won't  apply for this visa. the requirements and condition made by immigration office actually is totally beyond applicant's control.

if the requirements and condition are not met, the immi office won't ask you to make the deposit.

so if Lz have enough fund and  was asked to deposit this amount of money for AOS, it won't be a problem. Good luck and the only thing you can do just wait la..

after AOS lodged, normally immi office will not check as the previous NOA and pay slips have met the requirements. Government won't have so much time to make reassessment. so we wait and see when LZ can get visa or not.

What if one of the applicant has found health related issue? That's what happened to my mother. We lost the application and waited couple of months for centrelink to notify CBA to release my AOS bond.

The current 143 processing is even worse. You are asked to do AOS even before you are allocated a CO, that means your application have not been carefully checked yet.

In essence, AOS itself is just one of the conditions that you need to meet. It does not guarantee you have met other conditions as well.

也不一定，当时我都存好10000，AOS也完成了，结果签证官来了封email问我为什么不在澳洲生活，如果没有合适的理由会拒签我爸爸的143，当时我离开澳洲半年去德国生活了。不过我写了解释，后来第二天就下签了

只有通知你交4万块钱的时候才是真正的没问题。
通知你做aos的时候，还会让你同时做体检，做无犯罪。任何一样不符要求，都会拒签。
