对Dior失望,姐妹们小心。
Dear sir or madam,
I sent in a white Dior Crauch bag for repair on Saturday morning. One side of the belt came off and obviously it's manufacture's fault. This bag has been used less than ten times in this half a year after purchased and unfortunately it happened. I'm a Dior fans and purchased Dior every year. I'm glad this is the first time my Dior products encounter such a problem. Anybody, even prestigious Dior can make mistakes and that's understanderable while there is something I can't understand.
When I first purchased the bag in DFS last September, I was told though there is not any official guarantee, it will definitely be repaired for free for customers if it's manufacture's fault within a year, just like I had been told every time when I purchased Dior product. I believed you because this is what I have been told by other famous luxury brands, such as Gucci / Burberry / Fendi as well. While when I sent in the bag on Saturday, the sales who was on duty told me there is no such thing about guarantee at all and she expressed her suspicion of how I overlabored my bag and forced the belt come off.
I have been told the bag would be fixed within a week. I also asked for a quotation of the cost for repair to be sent to my e-mail and till now, nothing happened. Neither was I given any thing indicating that my bag has been sent in for repair nor any body contacted me regarding this issue. I'm wondering if this is the right way to do business or is this the professional way to provide service to clients? I feel disappointed and I hope you can work out a solution to end this case ASAP.
