1. Hoisin sauce beef ball
Preheat oven to 240 degrees C.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sesame oil, Bread crumbs , ginger, egg, garlic and green onion. Using a wooden spoon or clean hands, stir until well combined. Roll the mixture into 1 1/4-to-1 1/2-inch meatballs, forming about 18-20 meatballs.
Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until all sides are browned and meatballs are cooked through.
To make the hoisin sauce, whisk together hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.
Serve meatballs immediately with hoisin sauce, garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
2. Mini burger
Mini bun 是提前做好的,做法如下:

Mini Hamburger Buns
200 ml milk
100 ml water
60 g butter
about 500 g plain flour
1 sachet of dry yeast (7 g)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
sesame for the top
肉饼的做法同hoisin sauce meat ball, 用手压扁再烤。
组合汉堡:用刀将面包横切开,底层面包先涂一层tarta sauce, 放上肉饼,放上1/4 smoked yellow cheese slice, 再挤上一点tomato sauce, 放上一小片Greek lettuce, 盖上最上面的包,用牙签固定即完成。
Heat milk, water and butter in a small pot, just enough so the butter melts, but still, don’t let it be too hot. Mix 100 g flour, yeast, salt, sugar, 1 egg and the heated butter and milk mixture. Gradually start adding the remaining flour until you get smooth, soft dough. Leave it covered until it doubles in volume and when it does, start forming, a walnut sized balls.Place the balls on two large oven pans lined with baking paper. Brush their tops with slightly beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame. Let it rise for another 30 minutes and then bake for about 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven on 200°C.
3. 避风塘炒虾球
.用sesame oil , 用中火熬黄半颗蒜蓉,将金黄蒜蓉盛出放一边。用锅中蒜油将king prawn 炒8成熟盛出,锅中蒜油保留,再入2汤勺香油,爆香红辣椒后,入面包屑,葱花,蒜蓉炒至材料混合,入虾翻炒至每个虾球都滚入面包屑,撒一点芝麻,葱花,便可出锅
