大佬们好，想请教一下关于新房建造的问题。 builder拍照时发现正门口给建造了一个水泥台阶。但是council批的图纸上看不出来，应该是斜坡。想着咱们国人的风格没有在正门口整台阶的。 问builder给了以下回复:"We are satisfied with the completed construction and this has been “signed off” by the building surveyor as complete and compliant. We believe the additional concrete at the front of the house provides a better outcome and we have not charged you for this." 所以想咨询一下，现在是属于个什么情况。是我个人的问题还是builder偷懒了，如果是这样的话如何维护权益？ 新房建造的时候因为YQ在外州所以没有时刻盯着。图中画红圈处就是台阶。 麻烦大家给些建议。目前拿不准是我吃亏还是赚到了。外面这块水泥真如builder所说是免费赠与的么？ 感谢感谢！ |
