请教一个foreign owner surcharge的问题。 我是PR身份，我一个房子3月份settle，4月份离开澳洲30天，打算10月底离开澳洲90天。我这种情况要不要交foreign owner surcharge？ 政府网站上说在12月31日前连续住满200天： The following visa holders will be exempt from surcharge land tax on their principal place of residence if they use or intend to use and occupy their home for a continuous period of 200 days in a land tax year: - permanent visa holders 这是不是意味着，从我5月份回到澳洲算起，要连续住满200天，等到12月份才可以离开澳洲，这样才能避免这个surcharge? 这岂不是在5-12月之间，我都不能出国旅游了？ |
