在toyota租了车，租的时候没有地方选择雪胎，所以我以为是冬天标配雪胎。 上周想确认一下，就发了邮件问了一下，结果还真是不问不知道，一问吓一跳。 必须给他们写信确认要雪胎（免费），但是你不要求，就不是雪胎。 还有雪链，他们不提供。。。这个。。。难道自己买一个？ ---------------下面是toyota的回信---- Dear Customer, Thank you for your inquiry. As you requested, we have added the snow tires to your reservation without any additional fee. Regarding the snow chains, unfortunately, all shops under TOYOTA Rent a Lease Hakodate do not carry them. Therefore, you cannot add snow chains as an option to your reservation.
