请教退税:oversea出差的补助是taxable吗？

oversea出差补助显示在PAYG Payment Summary的Allowances栏里，用E-tax自己办退税ing...
1。这是taxable吗？有朋友说不是。
2。if so,这个补助应该填在Allowances部分(E-tax的Income.2)吗？是不是还要在deduction部分claim在oversea的费用?
3。if not, does it mean no need to input this into E-tax?
