The photo is expected to clearly show the area where the nail is located. Second, the buyer requires a return for refund as she claimed that there was a nail poking through. When listed in ebay, the item was specified as brand new ((New in box: A brand-new, unused, and unworn item in the original packaging (such as the original box or bag)). As the buyer didn’t raise any concern regarding the issue of brand new, we could reasonably assume that this item is brand new, as described. Therefore, I would also request the buyer to provide evidence that the item she wants to return is still brand new. If she is unable to provide evidence, I wouldn’t accept her request of return |
