I work on a remote mine site presently. and the reception is terrible. We do not have access to a phone now, so I contacted you with an internet messaging facility.
Regarding the payment, I will be paying you through PayPal linked up with my Nab bank account, please get back to me with your PayPal details so i can process the payment, you can alternatively send your bsb acct name and number if you have no PayPal acct.
I have also contacted my courier who will come to pick up and deliver it to my place in Darwin after the whole fund has been cleared into your account. As regards the papers, all I will need is a receipt, the rego will have to be done in NT Darwin at my place of residence, so there will be no use for the existing Reg and RWC and i can buy it Unregistered.

Hi Mat,
The reason we are selling this family car is only because our family member is returning to China.
The car is in good condition, as I mentioned we just did a major service on July/14/2023.
We have already replaced with all new filters and spark plugs, so there is nothing need to be replaced. (It also comes with logbook with full service history.)
My post code is 3103, Balwyn, Vic.
I have just updated the asking price.
I am not sure how to sell a car "Unregistered", but I guess you do not need the application for transfer of registration from Vic roads to apply rego in Darwin.
But I believe we still need sign it as a proof of your purchasing, or some standard selling contract to protect both of us.
We also need to send you a receipt with owner's signature when the payment is done.
We do not have a paypal account
Please find attached application tranfer format and filled your info on page3 under buyer details once you are ready then sign and send back to me, and I will fill out sellor info, sign and send it back to you.
A reminder just for you to be on the safe side, please do not forget to double check with NT Darwin that it is fine to buy a car from Victoria unregistered before you proceed.

The courier charged $1,700.00 for the pick up, but the problem is they only accept direct bank transfer for the form of payment,but unfortunately i can only pay through my PayPal internet banking account to your bank account.Will it be OK with you if I add the $1,700.00 to the amount I am transferring? and you will help me to make the transfer to the agent through bank to bank transfer once the payment has been made.

But please send me your agreement with the agent (including courier company and bank info). Once we transfer the money to your courier agent, we could also ask him to sign a receipt and then I will forward the receipt copy to you as proof of this payment.

I have now completed the payment through PayPal Internet banking and I also requested that PayPal should send a payment confirmation message to your email here and I expect PayPal to have emailed by now, please check your (Junk Folder) as I sometimes get PayPal notifications there, I sent $23,200.00 in all, PayPal said they would be holding the funds and it won't be credited into your account because of the excess payments of $1,700.00 I added meant for the pickup, you will need to send the $1,700.00 to the pickup agent via Bank Transfer so that PayPal can credit the $23,200.00 .into your account as soon as you have emailed the screenshot of the payment to the PayPal email you received.

The funds have been sent through my personal PayPal banking account but pending and will reflect your bank account as soon as you sort out the Courier fee upfront so Paypal can verify due to security measures. You will then get back to PayPal with the bank transfer receipt for verification and your bank account will be credited. Attached is my ID for you to know that your money is safe.
我认为大概率是网络诈骗，留在这里希望提醒更多的朋友，不要受骗上当。
诈骗方式就是让你先转所谓的运费1700左右，然后才能收到售车的欠款。
