Every Friday is damn busy day for me and for my mates in Aus Wool Industry. I sometimes really wish that I could be able to split 1 min into 10 divisions or I could  become an octopus multitasking. I already work with high efficiency but still need to run against time since there are too many unexpected tasks coming in.

With me walking into the office, phones began to ring on and off. Firstly checked all the indent purchase record of yesterday and filed them as every Fri lutlut and I are gonna do and finalise some indent orders and ship them out.

Then Amanda on the other end asked me that their bank hadn't received the amount T/Ted by Citibank, then I picked up the phone and rang client straight away asking for the transfer acknowledgement.

Then Alison was checking status of outstanding L/Cs with me. I told her that I was damn busy and if she would give me a hand by checking them and she said OK. You always my mate, Ali!

Then I was telling Phillippe to allocate an order to a vessel and he said he would do upon receipt of a clean L/C.

Then Chinese clients woke up and behaved very actively by ringing nonstop. OMG

Then I got Dazza's email asking about whether this shipment was OK. I replied OK and then teased him saying your writing format was very unique, always putting contents below signature. Lutlut laughed saying it's coz Dazza always puts PJ first in everything. wahahaha

Then I asked lutlut if she has heard of a book on the recent bestselling book list, i.e. Marley and Me (recommended by a MM @ this forum), she said not yet, and I teased her asking when Elliot and Me would be released and I would be the first reader (Elliot is an 8-week-old puppy lutlut bought a couple of weeks ago). ha ha She said she wasn't talented in writing books, I urged her on saying a good book doesn't necessarily need beautiful words, plain, easy-understanding and touching will do. She asked -How about pics?- I said certainly pics are bells to it. errrr, she then laughed saying her book must sound loudly.

Oh, what a day, busy here meanwhile teasing and joking with them nonstop. Still dunno when everything can be done and seems no early marks for Friday for ever, people working in the co. on the opposite street are already partying downstairs. oh no no no :si93 In the meanwhile fingers touch typing on keyboard rhythmically, I love the sound dadada~~~

hehehe, and what makes things worse is, sometimes my boss would like to turn on some music to make me less stressed, however he doesn't know that I feel even harder to concentrate on work with music being played on along side.

And a funny phenomenon is,,,,whenever I told my friends on MSN that I was busy, check later., they would always send me msgs like "Okay", "88" and
then "Take good care", sometimes this realy drove me nuts. haahha  I appreciate that they care about me and that they don't wanna disturb me when my status showed "BUSY" (I do hope there is a status named SUPER BUSY though lolol, but really feel funny about these extra msgs when I already told them to check later. ha ha ha
