研究了一下，Parenting payment是有waiting period,要在澳洲住满2年才有的。单亲的家庭孩子在8岁以下，双亲的孩子在6岁以下。满足income test和assets test:
以双亲家庭income test条件来说(配偶不拿pension)：
大概意思是要拿到最高，申请人的2周收入在62刀以下，配偶的2周收入在769刀以下。申请人的收入在62-250刀之间，每超过基数1刀，parenting payment就要减少50cent, 如果收入超过250刀，那超过250刀以上部分，每超过1刀，paymen减少60cent。配偶的收入在769刀以上的，每超过1刀就减少60cents.
Income Test - Partnered Parents:
Partner does not get a pension:
For maximum payment the customer's income must be no more than $62 per fortnight AND the partner's income must be no more than $769 per fortnight.
Customer's income reduces rate by 50 cents for each dollar between $62 and $250, and by 60 cents for each dollar above $250 per fortnight.
Partner's income up to $769 per fortnight has no effect. Income over this limit reduces the rate by 60 cents for each extra dollar.
A part payment may be payable if ALL the following conditions are met:
customer's income must be less than $769 per fortnight, AND
partner's income must be less than $1,444.67 per fortnight, AND
the combined income of the couple must be less than $1,538.
Partner gets a pension:
For maximum payment the couple's combined income must be no more than $124 per fortnight.
Couple's combined income reduces rate by 25 cents for each dollar between $124 and $500, and by 30 cents for each dollar above $500 per fortnight.
For part payment the couple's combined income must be less than $1,538 per fortnight.
单亲家庭的收入标准另算。
Assets test分homeowner和non-homeowner2个标准：
大概来说，homeowner的双亲家庭assets不超过$243,500（不含自住房），non-homeowner的双亲家庭assets不超过$368,000。
