820的配偶签证问题

我去年5月在国内做了无刑，今天收到确认信说把期间的补齐。If you have not submitted all your police clearances or have not completed your permanent residence health assessment, please refer to the attached acknowledgement letter for details on obtaining these documents. 不是说那个无刑有一年的有效期吗？期间我在澳洲没超过12个月，是不是不用在澳洲做了？我回国2次，还是需要交在澳洲的无刑吗？

澳洲的AFP无刑一年过期，超过了就得重做（就是你上次的那张AFP无刑上面的日期，过了12个月就算过期）。
国内的无刑公证，只要从你递交以来，你有在中国待超过三个月就需要重做。

那我现在做澳洲的无刑还是做中国的啊？，

只要你是2012年2月之前做的澳洲AFP无罪证明那就都得重做了，如果是之后的就不用。
如果你有出境回国超过三个月，那就补国内的。

不过如果是request letter会有详细的要求你补什么材料的啊，你是收到case officer的信吗？还是系统自动发的那种？

我交的是在中国做的，是去年5月做的，估计还是要补国内的把，因为我在澳洲没呆超过12个月的，，我回国超过了3个月，POLICE CLEARANCES

应该是补国内的，如果你还不太清楚可以email 联系case officer。落款或者信中一般都有他的名字和联系方式

我觉得这信是系统自动发的，打电话去问对方肯定说你重做了就可以审理了，我偏不信，反正我还没有CO，等就得了， 如果你已经有CO 了就可以直接问CO， 但我觉得CO跟你联系的话不会那么笼统，肯定会很直接告诉你要补什么文件

貌似没有co 所以我很纠结。。。你也有收到类似的信吗？

是的，现在因为审理时间太长，移民局都会提前几个月自动发一封信提醒你提前准备好体检和无犯罪记录证明的。
这封信开头会说明这是automatically generated by system的。

不过收到这封信以后，好像也还有两三个月才会真的分到CO呢

是的， 我也收到了，信的开头说是自动生成的，但我不打算去重做啥，等有了CO 再说，弄不好明年才有CO搭理我，又说我的过期了还不是要重做？ 等呗～
