Office Administration Junior
We are currently seeking an office junior all-rounder for a busy office in Smithfield NSW 2164. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their administration career in a friendly and supportive environment.
The Office Coordinator/ Administration Assistant role involves:
• Managing all incoming phone calls
• Drafting letters, reports and memo’s on behalf of the Managing Director and General Manager
• Collecting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Customer Service/ Human Resources
The successful candidate will have:
• Solid office administration experience
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Motivated and Enthusiastic
• Be reliable and willing to learn
• Be a team player
